Shot from Jingshan (Mount-Jing) overlooking the Forbidden City and the most typical skyline of Beijing. At one moment the sun was shining on North Lake, and the reflection gave an amazing glow to the White Tower.

Lama Temple is the most important monastery of Tibetan Buddhism in Beijing and probably the whole world. Being the former residence palace of Yongzheng Emperor though was what interested me mostly ;)

去雍和宫是个晴朗的下午，从张自忠路慢慢遛过去，老远就开始闻到香火的味道。一身古着的少女和带小孩的大娘以及头发花白的西方老者肩并肩跪地祭拜，这画面既诡妙又有种黄天在上的和谐。
